• Impersonating any individual, entity or organisation, or misrepresenting your relationship with any person or entity.

666p1 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for any User who violates these conduct requirements, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

All Content published on 666p1 is intended to be educational and informational in nature. We endeavour to ensure that our Content is accurate and current, but we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding its completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability.

The following disclaimers apply to all Content on the Platform:

• Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including without limitation: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666p1 is incorporated or principally operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users located in Pakistan and other jurisdictions acknowledge that they remain personally subject to all applicable local laws and regulations, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial gaming legislation. Nothing in these Terms overrides or supersedes any User's obligations under Applicable Law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by 666p1.
